Nichara never expected to need specialized care for her delivery until she discovered she was carrying triplets. Her joy turned into anxiety when doctors found that one of her babies had fetal growth restriction caused by crowding, and she knew her babies would need expert care at birth.
Born at 32 weeks, Nichara’s twin girls and baby boy spent their first two months in the NICU. During that time, Nichara received wraparound support that helped her navigate some of her hardest days.
Today, her babies are thriving. Thanks to generous supporters, Packard Children’s continues to care for the whole family with expert medical care and meaningful emotional support.
